1. Platform License & Acceptance
By creating a store or placing an order via WhatsShop Studio, you agree to these Terms. WhatsShop Studio grants merchants a non-exclusive, zero-commission subscription license to create digital product catalogs and route customer orders directly to WhatsApp.
2. Zero Commission Guarantee
WhatsShop Studio charges 0% commission on all processed orders. Payments, transaction settlements, and delivery fulfillments are managed directly between the Merchant and Buyer via Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, or Direct Bank Transfer.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
- Merchants must accurately portray product photos, pricing in Indian Rupees (₹), and stock availability.
- Merchants are responsible for complying with local commerce laws, safety guidelines, and delivery timelines.
- Prohibited items include illegal substances, counterfeit goods, or unauthorized contraband.
4. Limitation of Liability
WhatsShop Studio provides software tooling for social commerce communication. We are not liable for third-party WhatsApp service outages or individual delivery disputes between buyers and sellers.
