Orders placed through WhatsShop Studio storefronts are processed directly by individual store merchants. Shipping options include hyper-local food delivery (for Cloud Kitchens), courier delivery, and in-store pick-up.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Cloud Kitchen & Food Orders: 30 to 50 minutes within local delivery radius.
• Fashion, Apparel & Tech: 2 to 5 business days across India.
• Free Shipping Thresholds: Merchants can configure free shipping thresholds (e.g. Free Delivery on orders over ₹500 or ₹1,000).

3. Real-Time WhatsApp Order Tracking

Customers receive real-time order status updates via WhatsApp. You can also track your live order progress anytime using our Customer Track Order Tool with your Order ID or mobile number.
